Easy Connect Solutions Malaysia specializes in certified refurbished (renewed) IT hardware and related services. All products sold through us have undergone our 24-point quality audit process.
All renewed products are graded according to our Refurbishment Policy. Cosmetic condition ratings (Grade A, Grade B) are clearly disclosed at the point of sale. Functional performance is guaranteed to meet or exceed factory specifications.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or substitute products of equivalent or superior specification without prior notice.
IT rental agreements are governed by the specific rental contract entered into between the parties. The terms in that contract prevail over these general terms in the event of any conflict.
All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; however, the price at the time of your confirmed order will be honoured.
Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of quotation. Corporate clients may be eligible for credit terms subject to credit assessment.
All renewed hardware sold by Easy Connect Solutions Malaysia comes with a minimum 6-month warranty (up to 12 months for qualifying products). Warranty details are provided at the time of sale and cover manufacturing defects and functional failures.
Warranty claims are initiated via WhatsApp or email. Corporate clients receive a swap unit while their device is under repair — subject to availability.
Delivery timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation. Standard delivery across Peninsular Malaysia takes 3–5 business days; East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak) may take 5–10 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product arrives in a condition materially different from what was described. To initiate a return:
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item and passing inspection. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
